The DP World International League T20 Season 4 Player Auction is scheduled for Tuesday, 30 September 2025, in Dubai. This auction marks a significant milestone for the league as it advances towards establishing itself as a world-class T20 tournament.

Six franchises will participate, each with the chance to boost their squads by adding 13 new players, totaling 78 players to be acquired during the auction.

Teams have a combined auction budget of USD 4.8 million, which includes remaining funds from their direct signings. The auction order, player list, and detailed budget breakdowns will be announced prior to the event. The registration deadline for players wishing to enter the auction is Wednesday, 10 September 2025.

DP World ILT20 CEO David White emphasized the auction's importance, highlighting it as an opportunity for franchises to secure both local and international talent to strengthen their Season 4 teams. UAE players have a prime chance to impress during the ACC Asia Cup 2025, which takes place from 9 to 28 September in the UAE, serving as a major platform for exposure against top-ranked T20 teams. Additionally, the third edition of the DP World ILT20 Development Tournament will run alongside the Asia Cup, further showcasing local talent ahead of the auction.

The upcoming auction follows the initial phase of squad formation, where each team had already secured eight players through new signings and retentions earlier this month.

ILT20 2025-26 Schedule

The DP World International League T20 Season 4 will commence on Tuesday, 2 December 2025 (UAE National Day), featuring six teams playing 34 matches and culminating in the final on Sunday, 4 January 2026.
