India's excellent victory over Australia in the 4th T20I on Friday means they now have rewritten the history books.

The Men in Blue secured a 20-run victory over Australia in the match at Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh International Cricket Stadium in Raipur on Friday. With the win, team India now has the most number of victories in T20Is.

This win was not just an ordinary victory, but it pushed the Indian cricket team to the top spot with the most wins in T20Is. India now boasts 136 wins in T20Is, surpassing rival Pakistan, which stands at second place with 135 victories. The list of top five teams with most wins is completed by New Zealand (102), Australia (95), and South Africa (95).

14th Home T20I series victory in a row for India

India's dominance in T20I cricket is further solidified by their unbeaten streak in the last 14 home T20I series. Their last home series loss was ironically against Australia, where India suffered a 0-2 defeat. However, with the recent 3-1 series win against Australia, India was able to turn the tables and further consolidate its position at the top.

India will be up against the Aussies in the final T20I match on Sunday in Bengaluru Following the match, the Indian boys will take their trip to South Africa for an all-format series.
