Jasprit Bumrah has racked up a piece of history with his 200th Test wicket against Australia. The India pacer became only the 12th player to have 200+ wickets in Test matches for the country as he reached the amazing record in Melbourne.
Bumrah knocked over Australia's mainstay Travis Head to get to his magnificent record on Sunday (December 29) at the MCG.

Bumrah, who has been a phenomenon in the ongoing Border Gavaskar Trophy, dismantled the Australian batting lineup in the second innings and got to his milestone with a superb scalp.
Travis Head, who has been prolific against India, fell to Bumrah's prey and departed for just 1 run. Apart from that, Bumrah has picked two more wickets as he has dismissed both Mitchell Marsh and Alex Carey, leaving Australia tottering at 91 for 6.
With the wicket of Travis Head, Jasprit Bumrah not only got to 200 Test wickets, but is the fastest Indian to do so when it comes to balls bowled. Bumrah got to the mark in 8484 deliveries, which makes him the fastest Indian to achieve that.
When it comes to the world, Bumrah is placed 4th on the list. Pakistan legend Waqar Younis remains the fastest to reach to 200 wickets in just 7725 deliveries, followed by two South Africans Dale Steyn (7848) and Kagiso Rabada (8153).
India added 11 more runs at the start of Day 4 as they got bowled out for 369 runs. Nitish Reddy scored 114 for the visitors. Australia are currently 94 for 6 and the hosts lead by 199 runs. Along with Bumrah's four wickets, Mohammed Siraj has also picked up a couple.
