IND vs AUS 5th Test: It's official now as Rohit Sharma has been dropped for the final test in Sydney, after reports doing the rounds that the India captain will be dropped as he has 'opted' himself out to rest.
Quite naturally, Jasprit Bumrah came out to lead the side in his absence and made a huge remark amid all the rift and the chaos in the Indian dressing room that has been going around.

''Our skipper has opted to rest. It shows the unity we have'', Bumrah said at the toss.
It was a huge statement coming from Bumrah after the Indian team's mismanagement was criticised left, right and centre following a dismal show in the ongoing Border-Gavaskar trophy, which saw the Indian side trailing 2-1 in the series.
It was perhaps the best move Rohit could've done and something which is very rare today's world, the captain dropping himself! It's not the first time, someone has done and if India bear result from the decision, the 37-year-old batting superstar will be the most happiest man in the world.
Bumrah on the other hand, has already proved his captaincy pedigree in the ongoing series. In the Perth Test, when Rohit was spending time with family due to the birth of his second child, the 31-year-old took his place and not only he shone with the ball but guided the visitors to a massive 295-run victory and earning the Man of the Match award as well.
While Rohit Sharma has been dropped, Shubman Gill has taken his place and would look to provide stability in the batting lineup, something which the former has failed to provide so far.
India after winning the toss have opted to bat first and the likes of KL Rahul and Yashasvi Jaiswal, the usual opening pair has kick-started the innings.
At the time of writing this article, India are currently batting at 5/0.
