IND vs AUS, World Cup 2023 Final: ICC has announced the list of umpires and match referee who will officiate in the final of the World Cup 2023 between India and Australia at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on Sunday, November 19.
Richard Illingworth, who was one of the on-field umpires between the India vs New Zealand semi-final, will be officiating the match from the ground and would be accompanied by Richard Kettleborough.

Kettleborough was on-field umpiring duty in the second semi-final between Australia and South Africa at the Eden Gardens on Thursday. Nitin Menon and Rod Tucker were the other two on-field umpires in the semifinals.
Joe Wilson of Trinidad is the Third Umpire, while New Zealand's Christopher Gaffaney will play the role of the fourth umpire. Zimbabwe's Andrew Pycroft will be the match referee in the summit clash.
Notably, Richard Illingworth and Richard Kettleborough were also the two on-field umpires when India suffered a heartbreaking 18-run defeat against New Zealand in the semi-final of the 2019 World Cup.
India defeated New Zealand, and Australia beat South Africa to qualify for the World Cup 2023 final. The two teams also played the 2003 World Cup final against each other in South Africa.
