Jasprit Bumrah's first over against Australia in the World Cup 2023 Final has brought back gloomy memories for Indian fans.
The Indian pacer conceded 15 runs in the first over of the Australian run chase, as David Warner and Travis Head hit him for three boundaries.

But the conceeding of 15 runs got the fans talking and the feeling was quite negative because of an uncanny co-incident.
India and Australia are meeting in the World Cup Final for the second time in history. These two teams locked horns in the 2003 World Cup and the Indian team lost that match.
But interestingly, India pacer Zaheer Khan conceded 15 runs in the first over of that match as well. And Bumrah's repetition of the same thing got the fans talking on social media if the history is going to repeat again at the expense of the Indian team.
But in that match in 2003, India were bowling first while India have batted first and posted 240 runs in their 50 overs. It was a difficult deck at the Narendra Modi Stadium and Indian batters failed to showcase their domination in the crunch encounter.
But just to calm the Indian nerves, India have already picked up the wickets of David Warner and Mitchell Marsh.
