IND vs BAN: India's home Test assignment against Bangladesh is just a couple of days away from getting underway, with the Test opener slated to be held on September 19 at MA Chidambaram Stadium, Chennai.

2. India's largest win vs Bangladesh by 10 Wickets: During India's tour of Bangladesh in 2010, India secured one of their most dominant victories over Bangladesh by wickets as they defeated them by 10 wickets in Dhaka.
Batting first, Bangladesh posted 233 and in response, India posted a massive 544/8 (declared), thanks to valuable contributions from Sachin Tendulkar (143), Rahul Dravid (111) and MS Dhoni (89).
Bangladesh could muster 312 in the second innings and India chased down the minuscule target (2/0) to win the game by 10 wickets. Zaheer Khan was adjudged the Man of the Match for taking 10 wickets (3/62 & 7/87).
3. India's largest innings win vs Bangladesh: India's largest innings win against Bangladesh in Tests came in 2007 in Mirpur, when they defeated the hosts by an innings and 239 runs.
India's batting lineup was relentless, with Dinesh Karthik, Sachin Tendulkar, Wasim Jaffer and Rahul Dravid all hammering a century apiece to help India post a staggering 610/3 (declared) in their first innings. In reply, Bangladesh were skittled out for just 118 in the first innings, with Zaheer Khan leading the bowling attack, taking 5/34.
India enforced the follow-on and the hosts could muster 253, handing India a humongous victory by an innings and 239 runs. Zaheer Khan was named the Man of the Match for his bowling masterclass as he took 7 wickets (5/34 and 2/54).
