In the second IND vs BAN test match, Bangladesh's second innings dramatically crumbled under relentless pressure from India. The collapse, which started at 91/3, saw the visitors all out for 146 in their second innings.
As a result, India only need 95 runs to secure a 2-0 series win. Veteran spinner Ravichandran Ashwin struck early on the day, removing first-innings centurion Mominul Haque for just two runs.

The collapse came after, Bangladesh's top-order built a steady partnership through its captain, Najmul Hossain Shanto, and fellow opener Shadman Islam. It all started with Shanto's ill-timed reverse sweep against Ravindra Jadeja, which cost him his wicket, essentially opening the floodgates for India.
Even Shanto, who had shown composure and became the first Bangladeshi opener to score a half-century on Indian soil, departed soon after getting his outside edge caught by Akash Deep.
Jadeja, fresh into the attack, was unplayable. He quickly followed Shanto's wicket by removing Litton Das for just one, caught behind by Rishabh Pant, and Shakib Al Hasan, who departed for a duck, gifting Jadeja a simple return catch.
Bangladesh went from three wickets down to 94/7 in quick succession, with Jadeja and Ashwin absolutely dismantling the middle order, and sharing six wickets between them.
As Bangladesh's innings crumbled, India's pacers capitalised on the momentum. Jasprit Bumrah returned to the attack and bowled Mehidy Hasan for 9 before trapping Taijul Islam for a duck. Mushfiqur Rahim, who tried to shepherd the lower order with a 37-run inning, fell victim to Bumrah's trickery, bowled for 37 as the innings wrapped up for a meagre 146 runs.
Tuesday's batting collapse from Bangladesh has breathed new life into the second Test match for India. For a match that looked like a surefire draw for a long time, the Men in Blue will now back themselves to clinch their second win in the Test series in Bangladesh's tour of India.
