IND vs BAN: Harshit Rana In? Two Changes India can make in Final T20 Encounter

India sealed a fantastic victory in Delhi to seal the T20I series against Bangladesh on Wednesday (October 9). With the final match set to be played in Hyderabad on Saturday, team India is expected to make a few changes.

The Indian team, under the captaincy of Suryakumar Yadav, has secured two comprehensive victories over Bangladesh. After a magnificent chase in the first encounter, Nitish Reddy showcased his class in Delhi, thus prompting the hosts to seal the series in style.

India

Although India stuck with the same team for the second match, Gautam Gambhir and co. may be inclined to make a few changes for the final match. India may make a couple of changes but the newbies who made debut in the series are likely to continue.

Harshit Rana, Ravi Bishnoi, Jitesh Sharma and Tilak Varma are the four players on the sidelines and a couple of them will be expecting to get an opportunity in Hyderabad.

IND vs BAN: Two changes India can make in Playing XI

Tilak Varma

Tilak Varma will be playing in his home ground in Hyderabad and the southpaw may be handed an opportunity. Varma, who has scored 336 runs in 15 matches at an average of 33.6 in T20Is, last played for India earlier this year against Afghanistan. If the player is handed an opportunity, someone like Riyan Parag may have to sit out.

Harshit Rana

After the debuts of Nitish Reddy and Mayank Yadav earlier in the series, Harshit Rana looks all set to wear his India colours in Hyderabad. The Delhi-born speedster had a terrific IPL season with Kolkata Knight Riders and got his second India call-up in the Bangladesh T20Is. Although Mayank Yadav and Arshdeep Singh have shown their mettle, Rana may be handed with an opportunity in the third match.
