IND vs ENG 1st Test Day 5 Session Timings: The 1st Test between India and England is nicely poised on the final day at Headingley. Although rain has played a part in it, the match so far is looking on course towards a result.
England, chasing 371 runs to win the match, are placed decently at the moment and will have plenty of time to win it.

With the hundred of Ben Duckett, who currently bats on 125 runs, the hosts are 225 for 2 at about 3:30 pm local time (8 pm IST). They need 146 runs to win with more than 47 overs still to play.
The day started with rain before the match but it stopped at the right moment as the day's play started without any delay. Within the second session, another rainy affair lost mere 22 minutes of the match. Although the match has had a fixed session times, the final two sessions will have a change.
Generally, the Tea time is taken at 3:40 pm local time in England, which is 8:10 pm IST in India. But today (June 24), the Tea has been deferred back 50 minutes. As per the new schedule, Tea will be taken at 9 pm IST, which is 4:30 pm local time in Leeds.
The match, which is scheduled to end at 6 pm local time, can be extended to around 8 pm for a result. Being summer, the scarcity of sunlight is not an issue, thus providing the leeway for the umpires to elongate the Test match.
