IND vs ENG 2nd ODI: Barabati Stadium One Day International Stats, Records & Previous Results in Cuttack
Team India will be looking to seal the series and take forward the momentum into Champions Trophy 2025 when they host England in the second One Dayer of the three-match series at the Barabati Stadium in Cuttack on Sunday (February 9).
The Men in Blue followed the 4-1 T20I series win with a somewhat convincing 4-wicket victory over Jos Buttler's side in the first match of the 50-over series at the Vidarbha Cricket Association (VCA) Stadium in Nagpur on Thursday (February 6).

Rohit Sharma's side restricted the visitors to 248 before completing the chase with 11.2 overs to spare. England, who were off to a fast start, could only get to 248 thanks to fifties from Jacob Bethel and skipper Buttler.
For India, Ravindra Jadeja finished as the best bowler with figures of 3 for 26 with debutant Harshit Rana also claiming three wickets, but was on the expensive side, conceding 53 runs in his 7 overs. Mohammed Shami, Axar Patel and Kuldeep Yadav also chipped in with a wicket each.
The hosts faltered at the start of the run chase, losing captain Rohit and Yashasvi Jaiswal. However, a counter-attack from Shreyas Iyer, who scored a 36-ball 57, helped India get their innings back on track.
Shreyas shared a 94-run stand with Shubman Gill, who top scored for India with 87 from 96 balls, while Axar also smashed a 47-ball 52 to take the home side close to the target before another mini collapse. Hardik Pandya and Jadeja later saw India past the line to go 1-0 up in the series.
Now the action shifts to Cuttack, where England have a mixed record of three wins and three defeats in their previous 50-over outings at the venue. The last time India and England met at this venue in an ODI, it was a high-scoring affair.
In 2017, Yuvraj Singh (150) and MS Dhoni (134) helped India to set a target of 382. In response, England rode on Eoin Morgan's century to get close to a win, but fell short by 15 runs. Team India also won the last ODI at the venue, where the home side defeated West Indies by 4 wickets, chasing down 316.
