T20 world champions Team India will look to carry on the winning momentum and seal the series when they host England the third T20I at the Niranjan Shah Stadium (formerly known as SCA or Saurashtra Cricket Association Stadium) in Rajkot on Tuesday (January 28).
Suryakumar Yadav-led Men in Blue followed up a seven-wicket comprehensive seven-wicket over England in Kolkata with a thrilling 2-wicket win over Jos Buttler's side on Saturday (January 25) at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai.

After Abhishek Sharma and Varun Chakravarthy starred in the series opening win at the Eden Gardens, Tilak Varma single-handedly helped the home side pull off a win in the second T20I.
Chasing a moderate 165, India were in a spot of bother at 126/7, but Tilak Varma ensured the team reached the target in the final over with an unbeaten 72. England’s bright light from the match was Brydon Carse, who put on an all-round show.
Buttler and Co will hope for change of fortunes when the action shifts to Rajkot for the next fixture to be played at the SCA Stadium, where only 5 T20Is have been staged so far. The venue has also hosted a few IPL games over the years.
The Rajkot venue last hosted a T20 international in 2023, when India defeated Sri Lanka by 91 runs after the visitors managed to reach only 137 in response to the home side’s 228. Indian skipper Suryakumar will remember the fixture for his unbeaten century.
All five T20I matches have seen scores go past 150 with four innings seeing the total in the range of 195 plus. Here is a look at the T20 stats and records at the SCA Stadium followed by IPL numbers in Rajkot ahead of IND vs ENG 3rd T20I:
