IND vs ENG 3rd Test, Day 3 Session Timings: What Time Will India-England Lord's Test Start? What Are The Session Times and Breaks?

IND vs ENG 3rd Test: India ended Day 2 of the third Test against England at Lord's with a score of 145 for 3, still trailing the hosts by 242 runs. KL Rahul stood out with a composed half-century, while Rishabh Pant provided stability at the other end with an unbeaten knock to keep India's hopes alive heading into Day 3.

The visitors' innings began on a shaky note after Jofra Archer removed Yashasvi Jaiswal in the very first over, dealing an early blow. Captain Shubman Gill, who had been in sublime form throughout the series, couldn't replicate his success this time and fell for 18 to a well-directed delivery from Chris Woakes.

However, Rahul, alongside Karun Nair, counter-attacked with intent, adding a valuable partnership that briefly steadied the innings. Nair played some fluent strokes and looked set before Joe Root pulled off a stunning catch to dismiss him for 40.

Earlier in the day, England resumed their first innings and were eventually bowled out for 387 in 112.3 overs. Jasprit Bumrah was the chief destroyer, returning with a superb five-wicket haul that dented England's ambitions of posting a bigger total. Despite Bumrah's brilliance, the lower order staged a fightback, led by wicketkeeper Jamie Smith and all-rounder Brydon Carse, who stitched together a handy partnership to stretch England's total.

As the match enters Day 3, India will look to build on the foundation set by Rahul and Pant in an effort to close the gap and shift momentum in their favour in this crucial Test of the Anderson-Tendulkar Trophy.
