India's injury woes have deepened ahead of the crucial fourth Test against England, with another injury is likely to end the tour for a player.
India pacers Akash Deep and Arshdeep Singh are already nursing injuries and in doubt to feature in the upcoming Manchester Test, starting from July 23.

As reported by ESPNcricinfo, now Nitish Kumar Reddy has sustained a knee injury during a gym session on Sunday, and scans have revealed ligament damage. This comes as another setback for India as they gear up for the Manchester Test, starting on July 23.
Nitish Reddy joins fast bowlers Akash Deep and Arshdeep Singh on the injury list. Arshdeep has reportedly picked up a side strain, while Akash Deep is managing a hamstring niggle. Their absence has prompted the inclusion of Anshul Kamboj, who has been added to the squad as a seam-bowling replacement.
To add to the challenge, India are also managing the workload of premier fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah, who is expected to feature in only three of the five Tests in this series. Bumrah played the first and third matches and was rested for the second. With a long break between the third and fourth Tests, India are leaning towards including him in the playing XI at Old Trafford.
Nitish Kumar Reddy had stepped in as India's seam-bowling allrounder in the second and third Tests. While he struggled in Birmingham with just two runs and six ineffective overs, he made a significant impact at Lord's by taking three key wickets- dismissing both openers, Zak Crawley and Ben Duckett, in the same over and removing Crawley again in the second innings. He also scored 43 runs across two innings with the bat.
With Reddy now unlikely to feature, Shardul Thakur, who played the first Test, is the frontrunner to reclaim his spot as the seam-bowling allrounder.
