IND vs ENG : India kick-start their white-ball series against England with a five-match T20I competition, the 1st T20I starting January 22 at Eden Gardens, Kolkata. Star all-rounder, Hardik Pandya has the opportunity to achieve multiple milestones during the series.
Pandya currently has 14 wickets against England in T20Is. If he takes 6 more wickets, he will become the first Indian to reach 20 wickets against England in this format.

Taking 3 wickets in the first match will allow him to surpass Yuzvendra Chahal as the Indian with the most T20I wickets against England. Additionally, if Pandya manages 11 wickets in the series, he will overtake England's Chris Jordan to hold the record for the most wickets in India-England T20I matches.
Pandya has taken 89 wickets and scored 1700 runs in T20Is. With 11 more wickets, he will become the first Indian to score over 1500 runs and take 100 wickets in T20Is. This would also make him only the second player in T20I history to achieve this feat, joining Bangladesh's Shakib Al Hasan, who has 2551 runs and 149 wickets.
These records highlight the 31-year-old's potential to create history and strengthen his reputation as one of the finest all-rounders in cricket.
After the Kolkata T20I, the next four matches will be held in Bengaluru, Gujarat, Pune and Mumbai.
