IND vs ENG: Aakash Chopra has credited Jasprit Bumrah for India's strong position in the ongoing 1st Test against England at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad.
At the end of Day 3, England were leading India by 126 runs in the second innings. India scored 436 in reply to England's first innings total of 246 to take a 190-run lead. England scored 316 runs on the third day but lost six wickets.

The visitors were cruising at 113/1 in the second innings before Jasprit Bumrah struck in successive overs. He clean bowled Ben Duckett (47) with an in-swinging delivery. Later, he trapped Joe Root in front of the stumps as England were reduced to 117/3.
The two wickets allowed Indian spinners also to come into the game. Ravindra Jadeja and Ravichandran Ashwin soon dismissed Jonny Bairstow and Ben Stokes to leave England reeling at 163/5.
“If India had not won the second session, this match would have been placed differently. We are talking about spin but Jasprit Bumrah came. He showed his class. He was absolutely brilliant. He was absolute gold dust,” Aakash Chopra said on his YouTube Channel.
“He picked up two wickets. Ben Duckett was ultimately bowled with an incoming ball. He would have got him lbw had the DRS been used earlier. Joe Root's wicket - the setup was extremely good. He kept taking the ball away and then brought the ball in and hit his pads,” Chopra added.
Ollie Pope scored an unbeaten hundred for England and partnered with Ben Foakes for 112 runs off 183 balls to help England overcome the 190-run deficit. India would aim to wrap up England's innings at the earliest on Sunday.
