India captain Jasprit Bumrah broke into the top three of an elusive list in just his second match after comeback from injury on Sunday during the second T20I against Ireland at The Village in Dublin.
After picking two wickets in his very first over in the first T20I on Friday, the 29-year-old pacer again picked a couple of wickets in the second game which India won by 33 runs to take an unassailable 2-0 lead in the 3-match series.

Bumrah picked the wickets of Mark Adair - Ireland's second-highest run-scorer (23 off 15) in the match - and Barry McCarthy. The two wickets took his T20I wicket tally to 74.
Jasprit Bumrah is now third among the list of highest T20I wicket-takers for India. He has one more wicket than Hardik Pandya. Star off-spinner Ravichandran Ashwin is fifth on the list with 72 wickets in 65 T20Is.
Yuzvendra Chahal is leading the chart for India with 96 wickets. He is placed eighth on the overall list of highest wicket-takers in T20I history. Bhuvneshwar Kumar has 90 wickets from 87 matches for India.

Bumrah was out of action for almost an year due to a lower back injury. He has picked four wickets in the two matches of the series and has perfectly warmed up for the upcoming Asia Cup 2023 which starts from August 30.
