India are up against Ireland in the first match of their T20 World Cup 2024 campaign in New York.
India captain Rohit Sharma won the Toss and chose to field, a decision which has worked in their favour. Arshdeep Singh has struck early with two wickets as Ireland are reeling at the moment.

But one thing which has caught the spectators' eyes is the branding of an Indian company on the shirt of the Ireland team. As the Irish were batting, a logo on their shirt sleeves and training kit chest caught the eyes.
The logo consists of a Cattle in front of a Sun and is written as Nandini in English and then in another Indian language, which is Kannada.
As the interest may grow among the fans about Nandini, the Ireland sponsor is an India-based company.
Nandini is a milk cooperative based in Karnataka and is the shirt sponsor of Ireland. They are also sponsoring Scotland in this T20 World Cup. The reported fee per match for the sponsorship is said to be Rs. 2.5 crore.
Apart from Nandini, another massive milk cooperative Amul is also sponsoring South Africa, Sri Lanka and USA in this T20 World Cup.
