India and New Zealand will battle in a rematch waiting to happen in 25 years when they clash at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium in Dubai in the Champions Trophy 2025 Final on Sunday (March 9).
The two sides have crossed paths at the Dubai venue only last week, when India emerged 44-run victors against New Zealand in the group stage. This will also be the third India vs New Zealand clash in Dubai across formats with the Kiwis winning the one solitary T20 World Cup clash in 2021.

India are undefeated in 10 ODI matches at the venue, including the three group stage wins of the Champions Trophy against Bangladesh, Pakistan and New Zealand as well as the semifinal clash against Australia. Their most recent win saw them chase down 265 against the Aussie.
New Zealand, on the other hand, will be playing at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium for the second time in the Champions Trophy 2025 and for the fourth time in an ODI. But the New Zealand cricket team has travelled to the Dubai venue for games even earlier.
Rohit Sharma & Co, however, will take confidence from their unbeaten ODI record at Dubai International Cricket Stadium. The Indian team extended their undefeated run in the format at the venue to ten following the win over Australia.
