IND vs NZ: Hardik Pandya was spotted watching the all-important India vs New Zealand semi-final of the World Cup 2023 at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai on Wednesday, November 15.

Hardik Pandya was part of India's World Cup 2023 squad but was ruled out due to a calf strain which he suffered during the match against Bangladesh at the Maharashtra Cricket Association (MCA) in Pune. Prasidh Krishna was added as his replacement.

The 30-year-old all-rounder was spotted wearing Team India's official World Cup 2023 jersey. He was also donning a causal hat with it, and sitting beside Bollywood actors John Abraham, Sidharth Malhotra and his actress wife Kiara Advani. Football icon David Beckham was spotted sitting on the right of Kiara.

Talking about the high-octane India vs New Zealand semi-final, India won the toss and elected to bat first. Rohit Sharma blasted 47 off just 29 deliveries to give India a flying start. Shubman Gill (79), Virat Kohli and Shreyas Iyer capitalised on the foundation given by Rohit.

Virat Kohli smashed his record-breaking 50th ODI hundred, while Shreyas Iyer smashed his fourth consecutive fifty of the World Cup 2023. Gill was approaching his maiden World Cup hundred but had to leave the ground due to cramp issues.
