The 1st Test match between India and New Zealand had an abrupt end to the play on Day 4 as bad light forced the game to stop at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium.
New Zealand have been set a target of 107 runs and they faced four balls before the umpires decided that was enough for the day, much to the disgust of the Indian team.

A heavy, black cloud was engulfing the entire Chinnaswamy Stadium, and soon after the match stopped, a massive downpour started. With the Test match heavily tilted in favour of the Black Caps, rain can only be good news for India.
After the debacle in the first innings, India rallied back in the second, piling on a heap of runs. Sarfaraz Khan was the star of the show with a brilliant hundred, whereas Rishabh Pant scored 99 runs. But India, once 408 for 3, had another collapse and got bundled out for 462 runs.
With the match ending on a very 'wet' note, both teams will be looking at the heavens ahead of Sunday's play.
The weather report of Sunday in Bengaluru doesn't look too gloomy. Although there is an 80 per cent chance of rain along with 81 per cent cloud coverage, the predicted rain amount is 8-10 mm, which means rain may not take over the entire day at the Garden City.
There is around a 55 per cent chance of rain in the day time and the chances gradually increase as the day progresses. The visitors won't look too much into the weather conditions as one session with some intent can take them beyond the line.
India are currently the second-best in the match. With just 107 to win with all Ten wickets in hand, New Zealand will be much more disappointed if the match ends with a stalemate due to incessant rain. If they manage to play one and half seasons tomorrow, the Kiwis are expected to get over the line and take a lead in the series.
India knows the importance of avoiding defeat and they must have belief in themselves to pull off a Houdini heist.
