Rohit Sharma and Babar Azam had a wholesome moment during the toss in the T20 World Cup 2024 match between India and Pakistan.
The toss was delayed due to rain at the Nassau County Stadium in New York but when it happened, it was a spectacle.

Ravi Shastri was the announcer and he made a robust announcement and introduced the captains, leaving the captains of both teams in glee. As Rohit Sharma was about to raise the coin for Toss, the India captain forgot where it was.
Rohit searching for the coin left Babar Azam in splits. The Pakistan captain was laughing and the rival duo shared an unadulterated moment before the high-profile battle.
The India captain then hoisted the coin but it was Pakistan who won the Toss and elected to Bowl first.
"We will bowl first because of the weather and moisture in the pitch. The conditions suit us, we have four fast bowlers. We will try to use it to our best. Past is past, we are looking forward to today's match, we are ready and will give our 100%. Always a big game, our confidence is always high for India vs Pak. Azam Khan is resting," the Pakistan captain said.
India captain Rohit Sharma confirmed that he would have also bowled. India is playing with the same team from the last match.
"Would've bowled first too. We need to assess how conditions play out and come up with an idea of what a good score is. Those games have helped us assess conditions here.
"We've spoken about what we need to do as a batting unit to get a good score and then we've got the bowling unit to defend. Every game is important in a World Cup, you can't just show up. Anything can happen. We're sticking to the same XI," Rohit said.
