India are up against South Africa in the 1st T20I today (Friday, November 8) at the Kingsmead, Durban.
Suryakumar Yadav is set to lead his troops in India's final limited-overs assignment of the calendar year. After the triumphant T20 World Cup, the Indian team managed another 3-0 series win over Sri Lanka and then mauled Bangladesh at home.

South Africa captain Aiden Markram won the Toss and decided to Field first.
Sanju Samson is set to keep for India whereas he is also likely to open the batting with Abhishek Sharma. Arshdeep Singh will spearhead India's pace attack while Ravi Bishnoi is set to be the main instigator with spin along with Varun Chakravarthy. Tilak Varma and Axar Patel are also back in the side.
South Africa have also named a strong lineup as the likes of Heinrich Klaasen and Aiden Markram will be aiming to punish the Indian bowling attack. Nqabayomzi Peter is making his debut for the Proteas.
