IND vs SL: India's stunning 302-run win over Sri Lanka at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai on Thursday, November 2, is getting hard to digest for Pakistan media and their former cricketers.
India bundled out Sri Lanka for 55 after setting a 358-run target at a batting-friendly surface. Mohammed Siraj, Jasprit Bumrah and Mohammed Siraj showcased a bowling masterclass and ran riot over Sri Lanka. The islanders could survive just 19.4 overs from India.

Former Pakistan Test cricketer Hasan Raza has made an insane claim and said that the ICC and BCCI are giving different balls to the India bowlers. He said the ball is starting to seam and swing as soon as India pacers are starting their spell.
“It is surprising that when India is batting the ball behaves normally, but once they start bowling the ball starts to seam and swing. A few DRS decisions have also gone India’s way. No idea if ICC is helping here or the BCCI or the umpires in the middle. An investigation should be conducted,” Hasan Raza said on a Pakistan News channel.
The overall India bowling unit has been exceptional throughout the World Cup 2023. The Men in Blue have not conceded a single score in excess of 300. India pace trio of Jasprit Bumrah, Mohammed Shami and Mohammed Siraj have joined forces to pick 23 wickets in the last three matches.
“Our bowling is in good shape and with the kind of rhythm (talking about the form of the pacers) that we are in, everyone is enjoying and everyone is happy for each other’s success and more importantly, we are bowling as a unit and that’s the result you are getting to see.
"I always try to bowl in good areas and be in good rhythm. In big tournaments, once the rhythm goes away, it’s very tough to get it back,” Shami said after receiving the Man of the Match award for his 5/18 against Sri Lanka on Thursday.
India have wone each of their seven matches so far and will clash against second-ranked South Africa at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata on Sunday, November 5.
