IND vs WI Dream11 prediction India vs West Indies 2nd T20I: The national cricket team will look to level the Indian vs West Indies 2023 T20 series after losing the first match as they play the second T20 at the Providence Stadium in Georgetown on Sunday (August 6). The match starts at 8 PM IST and will be aired Live on FanCode.
India lost the last game at the Brian Lara Stadium in Tarouba as the Hardik Pandya-led side fell short by four runs while chasing a target of four runs. Some Indian players left a positive impression with their performances while West Indies players got their act together in their favourite format in recent years since the fiasco of 50-over World Cup qualifiers.

There are no injury updates reported ahead of the match. Any team news in the build-up to the match will be added when available.
IND vs WI key players
(Ishan Kishan, Shubman Gill, Hardik Pandya): Both Ishan Kishan and Shubman Gill failed to fire in the last game but both of them have been in good form recently while Suryakumar Yadav and Tilak Varma played decent knocks as well with the latter impressive on international debut. Interestingly, Sanju Samson took over the role of finisher at No. 6 behind Hardik Pandya and delivered a 12-run innings after a half-century in the ODIs. The skipper, on the other hand, scored 19 runs and delivered a wicket as well.
Axar Patel could only score 11-ball 13 in the crunch situation after having a poor day with the ball, conceding 22 runs in 2 overs while fellow spinners Yuzvendra Chahal (2 wickets) and Kuldeep Yadav took three wickets. Among pacers, Arshdeep Singh was crucial with his 2/31 while Mukesh Kumar couldn't pick any wicket following a three-wicket spell in ODIs.
West Indies key players
(Nicholas Pooran, Rovman Powell, Obed McCoy) Nicholas Pooran retained his MLC form with a knock of 41 while Rovman Powell got himself going as well with top score of 48 runs as the WI middle-order did the job on the day after the top-order failed. Brandon King got some runs under his bat as well with 28 runs. Shimron Hetmyer and Kyle Mayers were disappointing as they appeared off-colour after a good show earlier this season.
Shimron Hetmyer returns to the T20 side after a gap of a year as he impressed during the IPL 2023. His recent form, however, is questionable with a dismal show of 24 runs over three innings. All-rounder Kyle Mayers could be a good addition too given his form in T20s during the IPL. Wicketkeeper-batter Jhonson Charles fails to click as well. All-rounder Romario Shepherd didn't show up with the bat but took two wickets, along with Jason Holder and Obed McCoy doing the same with the ball.
