The Indian team for the Zimbabwe tour reached Harare late evening on Tuesday (July 2).
The new-looked Indian team will play a five-match T20I series against the African nation, which starts from July 6.

The majority of the squad players took off for the destination on Monday. After the T20 World Cup triumph, almost all of the first-team players were relieved from the series.
Shubman Gill, who was part of the travelling reserves for T20 World Cup is set to lead the team. Among the first team members, Yashasvi Jaiswal and Sanju Samson were included along with Shivam Dube who came as a replacement for injured Nitish Reddy.
But the trio are set to miss the first two matches and BCCI made three changes in the squad for the first two matches.
The Zimbabwe Cricket's official X profile released a video of the Indian team arriving in Harare. Avesh Khan, Riyan Parag, coach VVS Laxman and others were spotted at the airport waiting for their transport to the hotel.
This series will provide an opportunity for many fringe players to make a case for themselves in the main fold of the Indian roster. With the retirement of Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli and Ravindra Jadeja in the format, there are places up for grabs in the T20I side and this series will be testament of India's bench strength.
