Bangladesh Women held India Women to a thrilling tie in the third and final ODI at the Shere Bangla Stadium in Dhaka on Saturday. The tied game helped Bangladesh Women deny India a chance to clinch the series which ended in a 1-1 draw .
Three runs were needed off the last six balls with one wicket in hand when Meghna Singh and Jemimah Rodrigues ran a single on the first two balls of the 50th over to level the scores. However, on the third delivery Meghna ended up edging the ball into the hands of Bangladesh captain and wicket-keeper Nigar Sultana.

Rodrigues and Meghna looked displeased with the decision of the umpire but all they could do was accept it and go back to the pavilion with a heavy heart.
