IND W vs WI W: Smriti Mandhana and Radha Yadav starred as Indian women's cricket team thrashed West Indies women by 60 runs to seal the series 2-1 on Thursday (December 19) at the DY Patil Stadium in Navi Mumbai.
Having gone down in the previous match, skipper Mandhana (77 off 37 balls) led from the front with her third successive fifty before Radha Yadav put in a brilliant performance with the ball as India came out on top in the third and final T20I against Hayley Matthews' West Indies.

Chasing a daunting score of 218, West Indies were slow to start as openers Matthews (22 off 17 balls) and Qiana Joseph (11 off 13 balls) failed to replicate their performance from the second T20I. The visitors' response still looked alive with the next three batters at the crease.
Chinelle Henry (43 off 16 balls) and Deandra Dottin (25 off 17 balls) finished as the top run-getters for the West Indies, who succumbed to Radha Yadav's spell of 4 for 29. Deepti Sharma, Renuka Singh Thakur, Titas Sadhu and Sajeevan Sajana also chipped in with wickets as India restricted the West Indies to 157/9.
Earlier, put into bat first, India women lost opener Uma Chetry for a duck, but Mandhana shared a 98-run partnership with Jemimah Rodrigues (39 off 28 balls) to recover. While the duo departed with the total at 143, Richa Ghosh (54 off 21 balls) helped take the total past 200.
Ghosh and Raghvi Bist (31* off 22 balls) played a crucial knock and powered India to 217/4 in the first innings. The Indian number four and five shared a 70-run stand off just 31 balls to take the team to a massive total.
The Windies bowling attack delivered a sloppy performance in the game. Chinelle Henry, Deandra Dottin, Aaliyah Alleyne and Afy Fletcher bagged one wicket each in their respective spells.
Following the match, India's wicketkeeper-batter Richa Ghosh was named the 'Player of the Match'. Meanwhile, skipper Smriti Mandhana was crowned the 'Player of the Series'.
