Australia will look to bounce back and level the series when they face India at the Greenfield International Stadium in Thiruvananthapuram, which is all set to host the second match of the five-match on Sunday (November 26).
Suryakumar Yadav-led Indian team registered a 2-wicket victory over Matthew Wade-led Australian team at the Dr YS Rajasekhara Reddy Cricket Stadium in Visakhapatnam on Thursday (November 23).

Put into bat, Josh Inglis' century powered Australia to 208/3 in 20 overs. In response, Suryakumar smashed 80 off 42 balls on his captaincy debut, while Rinku Singh held his nerve in final over to help India reach the target.
Now, they are set to clash at the Greenfield International Stadium, the Sports Hub, which was formerly known as Trivandrum Cricket Stadium, where Australia and India will meet for the first time any format.
The venue in Trivandrum has hosted three T20Is and also two One Day Internationals so far. India has played in all three T20Is, winning two and losing once with the most recent outing coming over a year ago against South Africa.
Among the two wins for India, one was a truncated match due to bad weather, while the recent one against South Africa was a low-scoring contest. India also lost to West Indies in a match that saw both teams score over 150. Here we take a look at the pitch report and weather forecast ahead of India vs Australia 2nd T20I:
According to AccuWeather, there is 25 percent chance of rain on November 26 in Thiruvananthapuram. There has been showers for the past few days, but on the match day, the weather is expected to be clear with a max temperature of 25° C.
Rain Prediction for Trivandrum on November 26: There is 51 percent chance of rain on the match day around 2 PM Local, but expected to remain clear during the playing hours from 7 PM IST. So, weather is unlikely to interrupt proceedings in IND vs AUS 2nd T20I.
However, the showers from the previous two nights and the afternoon of the match may force a delay in start if the outfield is not dry before the scheduled start time.
Greenfield International Stadium wickets have not been known for big scores as the four international matches hosted at the venue have all been low-scoring or curtailed affairs.
In the three T20Is hosted at the venue, the average score is 114 and teams chasing have had a 2-1 edge over teams setting a target. Dew could also be a factor if there was no rain, but since there has been rain over the last few days, dew may not be a concern.
