Australia opener David Warner has been ruled out of the remainder of the 2nd Test in Delhi.
The 2nd Test of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy started on Friday and Australian batter David Warner started the match. But he has been withdrawn from the 2nd Test due to a concussion.
The southpaw was struck on his helmet during the 1st inning. He was hit by Indian pacer Mohammed Siraj while batting and after getting dismissed, didn't take the field afterwards. The player was seemingly jaded after the hit on Friday and couldn't do much with the bat after that, as he got dismissed for just 15 runs.
"The medical staff will have to assess tomorrow, he is a little bit weary at the moment," Aussie batter Usman Khawaja said after the first day's play.
"He got a knock to the arm and then the head, I think the head made him a little bit weary at the moment and couldn't come out to field," Khawaja added.

Warner underwent a fitness test on Saturday morning but failed it and hence he has been ruled out from the remainder of the Delhi Test.
Due to the newly introduced cricket rule, a player can be replaced in between a match if he has concussion, and the replaced player can take part in batting and bowling.
Matt Renshaw has replaced Warner and will be playing the remainder of the match. Renshaw played the first match in Nagpur but was left out for the second match.
