India vs Australia: KL Rahul takes a blinder to dismiss Usman Khawaja; Watch

Watch the Brilliant catch by Indian batter KL Rahul to dismiss Usman Khawaja in the 2nd Test between India and Australia. India currently lead the series 1-0.

KL Rahul

KL Rahul hasn't been prolific with the bat in recent times. The Indian batter has struggled to score runs, but will feel better as he took a spectacular catch in the second Test in Delhi.

KL Rahul caught a magnificent diving catch to dismiss Usman Khawaja in the 2nd Test between India and Australia. Khawaja was batting brilliantly for the visitors as he completed a fantastic half-century in the first inning.

In the bowling of Ravindra Jadeja, the Aussie batter attempted a reverse sweep and connected sweetly. Despite a proper connection, he had to go back to the pavilion courtesy of KL Rahul, who dived to his right and completed a brilliant catch while flying in the air. He plucked the ball from the air, which was travelling very fast. The Indian batter was deployed in the point region and he completed the brilliant grab, much to the dismay of Khawaja who was in utter shock and disbelief.

Khawaja has been the key batter for the visitors in the 2nd Test as he played a brilliant knock of 81 runs. He was the only batter who looked comfortable at the crease against a quality Indian bowling attack.

India vs Australia

It was a monumental catch as Australia were 167 for 4 and Khawaja, the mainstay of the Aussie batting, was destined to get a century. The visitors had lost the likes of Marnus Labuschagne (18), Steve Smith (0) and Travis Head (12) quite cheaply earlier as Ravichandran Ashwin was the main architect with the ball for India as the off-spinner picked up 3 crucial wickets.
