India vs Australia: World Cup-Winners To Head Back Home As Visitors Make Changes To Squad For Remainder Of T20I Series
India vs Australia: Australia have named four replacements to their squad for the remainder of the five-match T20I series, which they currently trail 0-2 against India as six World Cup-winners are set to fly back home.
Just three days after their ODI World Cup triumph, Australia had a T20 series lined up against India. While several members from the World Cup squad returned home, a few were named in the squad for the T20I series.

Opening batter David Warner pulled out of the series two days before the opener, but the likes of Steve Smith, Josh Inglis, Glenn Maxwell, Sean Abbott, Adam Zampa, Marcus Stoinis and player of the final Travis Head all remained part of the squad for the first two matches.
Australia led by Matthew Wade suffered back-to-back losses in the opening two matches to an almost new-look Indian team led by Suryakumar Yadav. The visitors first lost the opener in Visakhapatnam by 2 wickets before going down by 44 runs in Trivandrum.
Now, ahead of the third T20I, which is scheduled to take place on Tuesday (November 28) at the Barsapara Cricket Stadium in Guwahati, the visitors have made wholesale changes to their squad with two players already available for tonight's match.
Smith and Zampa have reportedly already flown back home, while the likes of Stoinis, Maxwell, Abbott and Inglis are all expected to jet out on Wednesday (November 29). Head, who has not featured so far in the series, is the only World Cup-winner that is still part of the squad.
Wicketkeeper-batter Josh Phillippe and batter Ben McDermott have already joined the squad and are available for the third T20 with Smith and Zampa already headed back home.
Meanwhile, New South Wales pair of pacer Ben Dwarshuis and spinner Chris Green will join the squad in Raipur ahead of the fourth T20I on Friday (December 1). Here is a look at the Australian squad for the fourth and fifth matches:
