Team India will look to seal the series and stay on course for their successive World Test Championship (WTC) final when they face Bangladesh in the second match of the two-Tests series at the Green Park Stadium in Kanpur, beginning on Friday (September 27).
Rohit Sharma-led India continued from where they left off six months ago, beating Bangladesh led by Najmul Hossain Shanto convincingly by a 280-run margin in the series opener at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai last week.

Now, the two sides are set to head north for the final match of the red ball series as the WTC 2025 final race gathers pace. India currently lead the standings with a win percentage of 71.67 and are well-poised to reach their third successive title clash, while Bangladesh dropped down to sixth from fourth and hold a win percentage of 39.29.
