Virat Kohli (81*) and KL Rahul (34*) are in a hurry now to finish things off now as the latter first shot Shoriful for a six and a four before Virat Kohli shot Hasan Mahmud for a six. Notably, Virat Kohli is keeping all the strikes as he is going after his first century this World Cup! Will he achieve it?India 238/3 in 39 overs, Target 257
Bangladesh keep it tight in the last three overs as they conceded no boundaries while giving away just 11 runs. However, dot balls will not worry the Indians as the target is well within their grasp! India 209/3 in 36 overs, Target 257
Virat Kohli (63*) is joined by KL Rahul (12*) in the middle while Bangladesh have now switched to the all-spin route with Mehidy and Nasum Ahmed sharing the bowling duties. Wickets are the only way Bangladesh can win this match as the asking rate is far too comfortable for an Indian batting line-up that runs deep!India 198/3 in 33 overs, Target 257
Shreyas (19 off 25) steps out of the crease in an attempt to clear the mid-wicket boundary but couldn't time his shot at all as Mehidy Hasan adjusted the length, the catch was nicely collected by Mahmadullah to end Shreyas's night! India 178/3 in 29.1 overs, Target 257
Hasan Mahmud goes short on Virat Kohli but lacks the pace to trouble the Indian batter, who pulls it for a four. He takes a single in the next delivery to reach his half-century in 48 balls. The introduction of Hasan has only aided India in the chase. India 171/2 in 27 overs, Target 257
5⃣0⃣ & counting! 👌

Bangladesh skipper Najmul Hossain brings back Hashan Mahmud in bowling attack in place of Shoriful Islam but the pacer could do little to trouble the Indian batters. Shreyas Iyer (17*) then makes that apparent with a slap of a shot into the cow corner to punish a short delivery. Meanwhile Virat Kohli is dealing in ones and twos and is now just six runs away from his third half century this World Cup.
Virat Kohli (37*) continues the chase with newly-in Shreyas Iyer (6*). Bangladesh are using the pace-spin attack of Shoriful Islam and Mehidy Hasan to grind out wickets but both the Indians look comfortable in the middle at the moment. It is not a matter of how but when India are going to win the match.
Mehidy Hasan removes Shubman Gill (53 runs off 55 balls) to end the second-wicket stand of 42 runs! The opener departs right after reaching his fifty as he chases a lofted delivery but fails to connect as the ball sails to Mahmadullah at deep mid-wicket! India 132/2 in 19.2 overs, Target 257
In Nasum's over, Kohli benefits from a misfield by Shoriful, earning a boundary to begin. However, Nasum tightens up his line for the remainder of the over, allowing only a single off the next five deliveries.
Virat Kohli takes his place as the new batsman and is greeted with consecutive no-balls. He capitalizes on the first one, hitting a four down the ground, and then delivers an even better shot for a six straight over the bowler's head.
Hasan Mahmud continues. Rohit and Gill exchange singles at the beginning of the over. Then, Hasan delivers a short ball, and Rohit responds with a powerful six over fine leg. However, another short delivery results in Rohit getting caught at deep square leg by Towhid Hridoy, departing after scoring 48 runs with 7 boundaries and 2 sixes.
The second innings begins as India's opening duo, Rohit Sharma and Shubman Gill, take on Bangladesh under floodlights. Left-arm pacer Shoriful is set to deliver the opening over, and Rohit stands at the striker's end.
Bumrah continues with a dot ball to begin. An LBW appeal follows, leading to an India review, but it's wasted as a clear inside edge is found. Bumrah then bowls a stunning perfect yorker to dismiss Mahmudullah for 46. Shoriful takes a single, and Mustafizur manages a single off a bouncer. A tennis shot results in a dot from a yorker. Finally, Shoriful slogs a delivery in the slot over covers for a six to conclude the over and the innings.
Bumrah's over continues. It starts with a dot ball. There's an LBW appeal, and India reviews, only to find a big inside edge making the review futile. Then, a stunning delivery, a perfect yorker, shatters Mahmudullah's stumps, and he's out for 46.
Siraj takes on the penultimate over. Mahmudullah begins with a double by hitting the ball towards long-off. He attempts a straight shot, but Siraj manages to touch the ball, preventing a run. Mahmudullah then smashes a six over midwicket. A wide ball follows, way outside off.
Bumrah's ninth over begins with a dot, followed by Mahmudullah's cut for four. A yorker results in a single. Mustafizur defends two balls, and the over finishes with a bouncer, totaling five runs.
Siraj delivers a full ball, and Nasum drives it straight, with Siraj almost catching it but failing, resulting in a boundary. Nasum attempts a wild slog and misses. He then creates room and hits a length ball between mid-off and covers for four. However, he departs while trying to slog a short ball, edging it to the keeper for an easy catch.
Shardul Thakur's ninth over sees Nasum taking a single and Mahmudullah scoring a boundary with a flick and a six with a pull shot. The over yields 15 runs.

Kuldeep completes his final over for the day, offering great support to Jadeja. He finishes with an economical over, conceding just four runs.
Mushfiqur Rahim takes a single off Bumrah's first ball, bringing up Bangladesh's 200. Bumrah delivers a wide, and Mushfiqur attempts a slash, resulting in a diving catch by Jadeja. Mushfiqur departs, scoring 38 runs off 46 balls.
In Jadeja's last over, he begins with a dot ball against Mushfiqur. The next ball yields a single, but that's the only run he concedes. Jadeja concludes his potentially match-winning spell.
Thakur's short ball leads to a single. Shardul's cross-seamer causes a top-edge from Hridoy, comfortably caught by Gill at short mid-wicket. Hridoy is out for 16, and Bangladesh reaches 181/5 in 38 overs.
Mushfiqur Rahim shifts his approach, going on the offensive. He sweeps Jadeja over mid-wicket for a six, relieving the pressure on Bangladesh.
In Jadeja's sixth over, Litton Das attempts to clear the long-off fielder but lacks the power, resulting in a catch. Bangladesh loses their fourth wicket. Mushfiqur Rahim opens his account with a paddle sweep for a single. The over produces two runs and a wicket.
KL Rahul takes a remarkable catch! Siraj delivers on the hips, Hasan attempts a fine leg glance, but nicks it. Rahul stretches to his left for a stunning one-handed grab.
Jadeja's over starts with two dots, followed by three singles. He dismisses Shanto on the last ball, trapped in front, as Bangladesh loses its second wicket.
Ravindra Jadeja is introduced into the attack, and the first two balls yield singles. He maintains a wicket-to-wicket line, resulting in five runs from the over. This takes Bangladesh's total to 100 runs.
