India starts their ultimate Test challenge against England in a five-match series from Thursday (January 25).

India have already dealt with a huge blow as Virat Kohli has withdrawn his name from the first Two Tests. Rajat Patidar has been named as a replacement for him. KL Rahul is set to play as a batter, which means KS Bharat is likely to be the wicketkeeper in the team. Mohammed Shami is also out injured, which means Mohammed Siraj and Jasprit Bumrah may be the two pacers for India.
For England, Harry Brook has gone back home citing personal reasons. Ben Stokes will be hoping to implement their free-flowing style of Test cricket in India, and young Rehan Ahmed is likely to play in the crucial first match. 41-year-old pacer James Anderson is also in the running to make it to the starting eleven, while left-arm spinner Jack Leach is certain to play.
