A dominant India Masters continued their winning run in the International Masters League 2025 as they beat England by 9 wickets on Tuesday (February 25).
India Masters put on a dominant bowling display to restrict England Masters to 132/8 in an electrifying International Masters League 2025 clash at a packed DY Patil Stadium in Navi Mumbai, and then chased it down with more than 8 overs to spare.

Opting to field first, Sachin Tendulkar's side struck early as Abhimanyu Mithun removed Phil Mustard (8) in the third over. Dhawal Kulkarni followed up by dismissing skipper Eoin Morgan (14), leaving England in trouble inside the powerplay.
With half the side dismissed for 89, England sought a late surge, but India's disciplined attack kept them in check. Vinay Kumar removed Dimitri Mascarenhas, while Mithun and Kulkarni cleaned up the tail. Chris Schofield's unbeaten 18 off 8 provided a late push. Kulkarni shone with 3/21, while Mithun and Negi grabbed two wickets each.
In the run chase, it was a cakewalk for India. The legend Sachin Tendulkar himself rolled back the years as he scored 34 runs in just 21 deliveries, hitting 5 fours and a gigantic six in the process. But it was Gurkeerat Singh who stood tall as his opening pair, scoring an unbeaten 63 in just 35 balls to take India home. Yuvraj Singh also remained unbeaten with 27 runs in just 14 deliveries.
