India vs England Test Series 2025 Schedule: England Cricket Board (ECB) and the BCCI on Thursday (August 22) announced the schedule for a five-match Test series to be held in 2025. India's tour of England in 2025 will kick off with the first Test at Headingley in Leeds from June 20 to June 24.
The marquee Test match at the iconic Lord's in London will be held from July 10, after the second Test match at Edgbaston in Birmingham from July 2. The Old Trafford in Manchester will host the fourth Test from July 23-27, and the final fifth Test will be staged at the Oval between July 31 to August 4.

India last toured England in 2021, and were leading the series 2-1 under Virat Kohli when the fifth Test was postponed hours before its start and held almost after a year due to the outbreak of Covid-19 concerns in the Indian camp.
Unfortunately, India lost the rescheduled fifth Test under their new captain Rohit Sharma by seven wickets in Birmingham, and settled for a 2-2 draw. India haven't won a Test series in England since 2007 and would be looking to break the jinx next year.
The Indian team might also play the final of WTC 2023-25 just before the start of the series. They are currently sitting on the top of WTC 2023-25 points table, and have a good chance of qualifying for their third successive final.
