India vs England: Why has the Match Timing Changed?

The match time in Cardiff hasn't been changed to a later time, rather it has been pushed forward. The Cardiff match is supposedly a day-night encounter, which means the match would have ideally started around 2:30 PM/3 PM local time in the United Kingdom. But due to the broadcast schedule tailored to Indian viewers, the match has been pushed back, which means it will start at 1 PM locally.

The Indian team may have to undergo forced changes in the match. Both Shubman Gill and Gurnoor Brar went off injured in the last match and may well be left out for the subsequent encounter. Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli had underwhelming outings in the last match but both veterans are expected to retain their places.
