Series already in the bag, Team India will look to complete a whitewash when they face Ireland in the third and final T20I of the three-match series at the The Village in Malahide, Dublin on Wednesday (August 23).
Jasprit Bumrah-led Team India opened the series with a 2 run win by DLS method in a rain affected match on Friday (August 18) followed by a 33-run victory in the second T20I on Sunday (August 20).

After Ruturaj Gaikwad (58 off 43), Sanju Samson (40 off 26) and Rinku Singh (38 off 21) powered India to 185/5, bowling unit led by Bumrah restricted Ireland to 152/8 in the allotted 20 overs to take a 2-0 unassailable lead in the series.
For India, Bumrah, Prasidh Krishna and Arshdeep Singh claimed two wickets each, while spinner Ravi Bishnoi took a wicket with Andrew Balbirnie (72 off 51 balls) top-scoring for the hosts.
Earlier in the series, skipper Bumrah (2 for 24), Krishna (2 for 35) and Bishnoi (2 for 23) picked two wickets each to restrict Ireland to 139/7 in 20 overs. Barry McCarthy (51 not out off 31 balls) was the top-scorer for Ireland.
In response, India lost Yashasvi Jaiswal (24 off 23 balls) and Tilak Varma (0 off 1 ball) in back to back deliveries off Craig Young before rain washed out further play with Ruturaj Gaikwad (19 off 16 balls) and Sanju Samson (1 off 1 ball) remained unbeaten to take India to 47/2 in 6.5 overs.
