India vs Nepal U19 Match Result: The ICC U19 World Cup 2024 Super Six Round match between India and Nepal finished with the Blue's thumping victory over Nepal by 132 runs at the Mangaung Oval pitch in Bloemfontein on Friday (February 24).

Centuries from both, skipper Uday Saharan(100 runs off 107 balls) and Sachin Dhas (116 off 101) put up a formidable target for Nepal. The duo helped the side recover from 62/3 in 14 overs to a total of 297-5 (50 overs) while Gulshan Jha took the most number of wickets(3/56) for Nepal.

The batters of Nepal couldn't put up any fight and scored just 165-9 (50 overs). Nepal skipper Dev Khanal(33 off 53) was the highest run-getter for the Team. Saumy Pandey (4/29) was the pick of the bowlers from the Indian bowling lineup followed by Arshin Kulkarni(2/18).

India decided to set a target for Team Nepal after winning the toss. Boys in Blue had a shaky start by losing three wickets very early in the game. Then, Sachin Dhas along with Captain Uday Saharan gradually but steadily started building up the partnership. This partnership ended up adding 215 runs off 202 balls to Team India's score.

Nepal, on the other hand, started very cautiously by scoring merely 64-1 till the 20th over. The chase was going nowhere as batters kept losing wickets without scoring much. The inning with the highest strike rate for Nepal came from the number 11 batsman, Durgesh Gupta(29 runs off 43 balls).

Everyone was among the wickets except for Musheer Khan and Uday Saharan. It was a slow and tedious defeat for Nepal.
