India vs New Zealand Playing 11, World Cup 2023: India are set to play New Zealand in an important ICC World Cup 2023 encounter on Sunday (October 22) at the HPCA Stadium in Dharamshala.
The Indian team have made a superb start in the tournament, winning their first four matches. And likewise, the Kiwis have also matched the same and have four Ws after their first half of the group stage encounters. As these two teams lock horns again in this crucial match, both know a victory will take them further closer towards the semifinal spots.

The team India will be without the services of Hardik Pandya, who suffered an ankle injury in the last match against Bangladesh although Hardik's injury is not that serious, but hes definitely going to miss the match against New Zealand. Amid this, it is to be seen who will be replacing the all rounder in the Indian team in Dharamshala. It looks like Ravichandran Ashwin can be recalled for this particular match, or otherwise India can go with another batter in Surya Kumar Yadav.
New Zealand won't have their talismanic captain Kane Williamson, who injured his thumb, also during a match against Bangladesh. The Black Caps will be hoping for the right combination against India, but it looks like they will field the same playing XI as the last match.
