India commence their month-long South Africa tour with a T20I match on Sunday (December 10).
The Indian team will play the first of the three-match T20 series in Durban on Sunday. Suryakumar Yadav is going to lead the Indian team against a strong South Africa side as they look to continue their T20I prowess.

The Men in Blue beat Australia 4-1 in the recent T20I series which followed after the World Cup 2023 Final. As the Indian team prepares to tackle the tough test against the Proteas, the weather can be a cause for concern in Durban.
The match starts at 4 pm local time in Durban and the temperature will be around 21° C at that time. According to Accuweather, Durban can have rain today in the afternoon but the probability of the rain is around 25 per cent.
After 6 pm local time, the probability of rain decreases to 15 per cent and less. Hence we can expect a light rain today but that is unlikely to put a halt to the proceedings. The temperature will dip to around 18° C after the evening.
