India secured an impressive triumph over Sri Lanka with a landslide win of 302 runs, thereby going unbeaten in all seven group-stage matches so far.
The monumental victory has now catapulted the Indian team to the summit of the standings with 14 points.

It was an excellent performance from the Indian team when it comes to bowling and batting, but another thing caught the eye quite glaringly, which is KL Rahul's excellent wicketkeeping.
KL Rahul was a livewire behind the stumps and played his role excellently. The Indian player was bang on target with all his calls and aided his captain during the Sri Lankan run chase.
The peak of his judgement came during a Mohammed Shami over. Dushmantha Chameera's faint edge was taken by KL Rahul, but the umpire gave it a wide. Although none of the players reacted to it, KL Rahul went for DRS straight away.
He was calling Rohit Sharma 'Glove, Glove'. The Indian captain obliged to Rahul and took the call, and the replay showed Chameera managed a faint touch. The decision was overruled and Shami got his fourth wicket of the match.
There was an occasion in a Mohammed Siraj over when Rahul didn't want the DRS to be taken and he was proved right as India's DRS call went unsuccessful.
The Indian player was also seen with a cheeky expression when he got the DRS call right. It is unclear whom it was intended to, maybe the wicketkeeper was trying to gain the attention of the bowler, or the captain.
KL Rahul's adept skill behind the stumps has been lauded across the world. Commentators, experts have hailed the player for his accurate judgement and it reminded of MS Dhoni to many.
The former India captain was often bulls eye with his DRS calls and turned many decisions around during his India days. He has kept on doing the same for Chennai Super Kings in IPL as well. Although KL Rahul is still not at that level, if he continues being this prolific behind the stumps, he may get closer to Dhoni in the near future.
