Titas Sadhu has pulled off an excellent bowling performance for the India Women's Cricket Team in the Final against Sri Lanka. India clinched the Gold medal in their first-ever participation of the Asian Games and Titas played a major part in it.
The Indian pacer bowled superbly against the Lankans in the Final of the Asian Games 2023, picking up three wickets in the process.

The teenager from Chinsurah in Bengal was on target with her pace and discipline from the start, and dismantled the Lankan bowlers up front.
Sadhu picked up in-form Anushka Sanjeewani in her second over, and then knocked off the stumps of Vishmi Gunaratne in the same over. The prized wicket of Chamari Athapaththu also came in Titas's bowling. Courtesy of her excellent spell up front, the Lankans were reeling at 14 for 3 at one stage.
Titas also bowled an over at around the final overs and was economical in that over as well. In the end, she ended up with stellar figures of 6 for 3 in her four overs. Titas also took an important catch of Oshadi Ranasinghe in the field.
India earlier managed 116 for 7 in their 20 overs. Smriti Mandhana (46 off 45) and Jemimah Rodrigues (42 off 40) were the stars with the bat for the Indian side on a difficult, slow deck.
In reply, Sri Lanka could manage only 97 for 8 in their full quota of overs as the Indian women's team won by 19 runs and clinched the Gold medal.
