Indo-Pak cricketers contribute for Chritsmas

Bangalore, Dec 6 (UNI) Indian and Pakistani cricketers roled up their sleeves and mixed the dough for a Christmas cake being prepared at a five star hotel here today before going for net practice in M Chinnaswamy Stadium, where the third and the final test match between the two teams is to be played from saturday.

The gesture was their contribution to 150 kg cake to be prepared using 10 to 12 bottles of rum, Hotel Grand Ashoka General Manager Harinder Singh told UNI.

Those who participated in the mixing, under the guidence of Hotel Cook Bhatia, included Team India skipper Anil Kumble, his team-mates Yuvraj Singh, V V S Laxman, M S Dhoni, V R V Singh, R P Singh, Murali Karthik and Dinesh Karthik, apart from Rawalpindi Express Shoaib Akhtar with a few of his team-mates.
