Hyderabad, April 19: Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) star Kane Williamson played a fantastic innings of 89 runs off just 51 balls against Delhi Daredevils in the match 21 of IPL 2017.

SRH lost an early wicket of captain David Warner when their score was just 12. From there on Williamson, who was playing his first match in IPL 2017, took over.

Mixing some power-hitting with brilliant cricketing shots a stylish Kane Williamson completely decimated the much applauded Delhi bowling attack.

The New Zealand captain missed his maiden IPL century by a whisker after Shreyas Iyer took a brilliant catch of him off Chris Morris' ball.

But before getting out he made sure that his team was at a comfortable position. He was well supported by Shikhar Dhawan who scored 70 off 50 balls.

As Williamson starts IPL 2017 with a bang, fans took Twitter to praise the Kiwi.
