IPL 2023: The match between Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) and Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) was halted momentarily after a high-full toss from Avesh Khan to Abdul Samad was first declared a no-ball before the third umpire declared it a legal delivery after review from LSG.
In the incident that happened on the third ball of the 19th over. The third umpire reckoned that the batter was crouching a little. The ball-tracker, however, showed that the delivery would have gone well over the stumps.

The decision from the third-umpire shocked Klaasen and Samad who had a chat with square leg umpire who looked puzzled himself. However, the game resumed and Heinrich Klaasen's top-edged a short delivery which went for a four. The drama soon followed.
Chants of 'Kohli, Kohli' were heard near the LSG dugout close to the boundary rope. The on-field umpire ran all the way to the dugout to clam down the situation. LSG head coach Andy Flower was also seen in an animated discussion with the umpire.
The commentator opined that it was an issue related to "that overturned no-ball". Members of the LSG camp were seen pointing towards the section of the crowd near the long-on boundary rope. Seemingly, someone threw something at the LSG dugout. The match-officials were forced to stop the play, and police were called to the section just beyond long-on.

Speaking right after the innings, Klaasen minced no words in criticising the crowd behaviour and the third umpire's decision to overturn the no-ball. He has said the two episodes broke the momentum.
"Disappointed with the crowd and their behaviour. Not great umpiring decision and one has got to move on from it. That break in play broke the momentum completely I feel," Klaasen said.
Klaasen scored 47 off 29, while Samad stayed unbeaten on 37 off 25 as SRH posted 182/6 in 20 overs in their must win game against LSG at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad.
