IPL 2023: Chennai Hotel greets Arshdeep Singh with 'Broken Stumps' - Watch

Punjab Kings are have travelled to Chennai to face Chennai Super Kings in the IPL on Sunday (April 30).

It will be a crucial match for both teams at the MA Chidambaram Stadium as the two teams lock horns in a crunch tie, but before the match, the Punjab Kings bowler Arshdeep Singh was greeted by the team hotel in an innovative fashion.

Arshdeep Singh has been bowling in excellent fashion thus far this season. The Punjab pacer broke the stumps twice in the match against Mumbai Indians as he hit the pole twice in the same over.

And the ITC Grand Chola Hotel in Chennai remembered that and greeted Arshdeep Singh with a memento of the same at his hotel room. The Punjab pacer shared the picture of it on his official Instagram account.

The picture shows a few savouries, sweets in a welcoming gift, and along with those was a replica of the broken stumps.

Punjab Kings are sitting 6th in the IPL table while Chennai Super Kings are currently 4th in the table. Arshdeep has been outstanding for the Punjab side with 14 wickets this season. He is currently among four players who are sitting at the top of the Purple Cap leaderboard.
