IPL 2023 Closing Ceremony Highlights: Singers King, Divine, Jonita Gandhi perform in revised Final on May 29

The IPL 2023 Final is finally set to be played on Monday (May 29) at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.

Chennai Super Kings and Gujarat Titans are locking horns in the Final as the grandest match was rescheduled on Monday as rain played spoilsport on Sunday.

There was a massive rain on Sunday in Ahmedabad which made sure not a single ball was bowled. But before the rain came, one small part of the closing ceremony took place as Nucleya performed at the stadium.

And on Monday, the other performer King had a shot performance just before the toss. The renowned rapper set the party mode on at the stadium ahead of the spectacle. The crowd at the Narendra Modi stadium grooved with some of his popular numbers.

At the toss, CSK skipper MS Dhoni took the decision to bowl first as the home team GT will be aiming to set a decent target as they eye consecutive IPL wins.

However, during King's performance, Chennai Super Kings skipper MS Dhoni walked into the middle. The crowd after spotting their favourite cricketer on the ground went ballistic and started chanting 'Dhoni-Dhoni'.

All those who were watching the singer perform at the dias turned backwards to get a glimpse of the former India captain. The vibe and buzz in the entire stadium was electrified.

In the midway innings, it was a stellar show from rapper Divine and Bollywood singer Jonita Gandhi. The home crowd enjoyed with a vibrant vibe as the Gujarat Titans posted 214/4 at the end of their 20 overs.

Divine sang some of his famous tracks like 'Baazigar', 'Kaam 25' during the mid-inning show.
