Chennai, April 2: Four-time champions Chennai Super Kings (CSK) will look to bounce back when they clash with Lucknow Super Giants in match 6 of Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023 at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai on Monday (April 3).

Mahendra Singh Dhoni-led CSK, who suffered a 5-wicket loss in the season opener, will return to their den in Chepauk for the first time since 2019 with an aim to beat KL Rahul-led LSG, who opened their campaign with a 50-run win.

CSK suffered a defeat to GT on Friday (March 31) despite a 91-run knock by Ruturaj Gaikwad, while LSG rode on Kyle Mayers' quick fifty and Mark Wood 5-wicket haul 24 hours later to seal a huge win over Delhi Capitals.

This will be only second meeting between the two sides in IPL. This will also be the first time last season debutants Lucknow Super Giants visit the home of Chennai Super Kings.
